20T+20T Fermentation System for Turkish Cheese Production
Jan.15.2026
Project Background
A large dairy enterprise in Turkey specializes in the production of distinctive herb-infused cheese. Their products rely on the fermentation of high-quality sheep's milk combined with locally-sourced unique herbs. Facing growing market demand, the company's existing equipment was insufficient in capacity and struggled to maintain consistent quality at scale. There was an urgent need to upgrade to a highly efficient and reliable fermentation system.

Solution
To precisely meet the enterprise's production requirements, we provided a 20T+20T dual-tank parallel fermentation system. The core configuration includes 316L food-grade stainless steel tanks, a precision temperature-controlled jacket system, and high-efficiency agitation units.
Specifically designed for sheep's milk fermentation, the system accurately controls temperatures within the 32-38℃ range and supports both batch and continuous production modes. Additionally, dedicated ports for herb addition were integrated to ensure process flexibility.
Results
Since commissioning, the system has achieved a processing capacity of over 40 tons of sheep's milk per batch. With a temperature control precision of ±0.5℃, the uniformity and stability of cheese fermentation have been significantly improved. The system is perfectly suited to local Turkish cheese-making processes, effectively helping the enterprise expand its market share for specialty products.
