Vitamin Fermentation Production

The client is a leading domestic bio-fermentation enterprise. Their core requirement was to build an efficient and stable large-scale fermentation production line for high-value-added products such as Vitamin B2 and B12.
Based on their capacity planning and the specific characteristics of different vitamin fermentation processes, we custom-designed a complete fermentation line consisting of 3 × 2000L + 2 × 5000L bioreactors. The system includes core bioreactors and supporting upstream equipment such as seed tanks and feeding tanks.
Production Line Features
Modular Design: The flexible configuration adapts to the process requirements of different vitamin varieties.
Seed Expansion Phase: 2000L bioreactors are used for seed expansion. Precise control of temperature, pH, and Dissolved Oxygen (DO) ensures high viability and uniformity of the seed culture.
Main Fermentation Phase: 5000L bioreactors handle the main fermentation task. Equipped with high-efficiency agitation systems and online monitoring modules, the equipment tracks key parameters (e.g., OUR, CER, pH) in real-time to ensure process control.
Supporting Systems: A comprehensive sterile air preparation system and precise feeding system provide a solid foundation for the stability of the entire process.
Results:
Since commissioning, the production line has achieved continuous and stable operation. The intelligent control functions of the equipment have significantly reduced manual intervention and lowered production/operation costs, earning high recognition from the client.
